Everything You Need to Know Before Choosing a Lab Diamond

We gathered the key questions we receive from private and business clients.

What is the difference between a natural diamond and a lab diamond?

Both natural and lab-grown diamonds form through the same crystallization process. The main difference is that natural diamonds formed deep underground and were only exposed at the surface millions of years later through volcanic activity.

Do lab diamonds come with a certificate (GIA/IGI)?

Yes. Every diamond is selected with a recognized lab certificate such as GIA or IGI, including a full 4C grading and complete transparency.

How much can you save compared to a natural diamond?

For white diamonds, lab-grown diamonds are typically 30%–80% less expensive than comparable natural diamonds, depending on size and quality. In rare colored diamonds, natural diamonds can cost 100x to 1000x more than comparable lab-grown stones.

How do you choose the right diamond? (4C)

We guide you through selection based on the four criteria: Carat, Cut, Color, and Clarity, tailored to your purpose, style, and budget.

What is the ordering process and how long does it take?

The process includes a consultation call, matching options, final selection, and setting. For most projects, delivery takes between a few days to a few weeks, depending on complexity.

What is your returns and warranty policy?

Loose diamonds may be returned within 7 days from purchase, subject to inspection and approval by our gemologist confirming the stone was not damaged or replaced.
Display jewelry items may be returned within 14 days, subject to product condition.
Custom-made jewelry is non-returnable, although certain cases may be reviewed at the company's discretion.
We personally assist every client and always aim for a fair and professional solution.

Do you also work with jewelers and designers? (B2B)

Yes. We have a professional B2B framework with ongoing supply, wholesale pricing, and technical support for jewelers and designers.
