Throughout his career, Eldad has worked across every stage of diamond production - from rough material to finished polished stones - including manufacturing supervision, cutting optimization, and quality control according to international standards.
He has served as a senior gemologist and instructor at leading institutions, including EGC and EGL, and later as Senior Gemologist at IGI, where he was among the first professionals to encounter and evaluate lab-grown diamonds at their early stage.
At a time when the industry was still skeptical, Eldad recognized the potential of lab-grown diamonds and became one of the pioneers in their commercial development and global marketing.
He was responsible for establishing and supervising the complete production process for a new international diamond brand (confidential), ensuring excellence in proportions, symmetry, light performance, and overall craftsmanship.
